With extensive experience from prototype development through production ramp up, Linas effectively and efficiently brings concepts from feasibility demonstration to production reality.As a principal technical lead, Linas has created solutions to difficult problems that are manufacturable in volume by leveraging a broad technical experience. Linas has extensive hands-on experience with materials, processes and tools in the areas of photonics and hybrid micro-electronics packaging and semiconductor and MEMS micro-fabrication.As a program and team manager, Linas is relentlessly efficient, motivating projects to achieve goals on budget and on schedule, delivering value to customers internal and external. Linas has demonstrated success with internally funded development efforts and multi-million dollar government contracts, including managing contracts, budgets, schedules, personnel, teams and interface with the end-customer.Having interfaced with government and private sector customers to develop business and execute programs, Linas has a strong customer focused instinct. Even in the midst of complex technical activities, Linas understands the driving goal of every activity is to satisfy the end-customer.Having worked in organizations ranging from small start-ups to large international corporations, he is adaptable and effective in a variety of environments.
