I coach in the intersection of transitions, belonging, and purpose. My clients are leaders, mostly expats and adult third culture kids (TCKs), who are in constant transitions through roles, cultures, and locales, who are excited about learning about themselves, to be more resilient and agile, and at the same time empathetic and mindful. My newsletter Just Be with Lina on LinkedIn explores how being, rather than doing, can better support us through uncertainty, living on the periphery as expats and TCKs.I’ve lived in five countries, on three continents, and am passionate about clarity amidst uncertainty. It is this strive for clarity, along with my lived experience, which includes more than three decades working at The World Bank, NASA, US Navy, IBM, and Arthur Andersen, that I bring to my clients.I’ve been consulting exclusively for The World Bank since 2002 spanning multiple sectors and countries, building trust amidst uncertainty through supporting implementation of governments’ reform projects while measuring results and impacts in the Global South.
