ABOUT LINA AKBAR
As a marker for success in my ongoing development to become a proficient and results-orientated Youth Life Coach, I am a firm believer in gaining qualitative feedback not only from partners and organisations that I work for, but more importantly the individuals and groups that I work with and coach. An example of this are the many environments that I work in where through my experience and training I facilitate positive relationships with both schools and young people from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds and learning abilities. Many challenges exist in tapping into the unfulfilled potential of gifted, talented and young people, as well as young people that come from challenging or deprived socio-economic backgrounds. To achieve such positive results in the sessions that I coach in, often consists of listening, the ability in developing confidence, goal setting and helping individuals to map out future career pathways.
