We provide meaningful connections through our network of experts, the world’s most varied and qualified source of first-hand expertise.My responsibilities include- Leading the commercial and engagement strategy of an enterprise account (~$10M annual revenue), driving volume of active users and revenue growth through targeted engagement and identification of opportunities to promote GLG\'s wide product offering- Oversee team of service / delivery professionals and sales enablement to drive successful outcomes for the account- Mentor and coach junior sales team members to develop and enhance their performance- Building relationships with clients at all levels (from junior to c-suite stakeholders) to understand needs, build and negotiate custom commercial models and adjust our delivery to deliver best-in-class service- Promote the full range of GLG\'s product and platform offerings through thoughtful outreach- Collaborate with a global account and service teams to align goals and priorities in the region, and to provide a unified, standardised service to all users worldwide- Draw insight through quantitative (large data-sets) and qualitative (client conversations) analysis to identify the account\'s strategic priorities- Develop and deliver QBR presentations
