PhD in Biomedical Sciences with pharmaceutical industry experience in preclinical drug discovery for Immune-Oncology and auto immune diseases. • Self-motivated, result-driven, versatile, and adaptive in vitro and in vivo pharmacologist • Successfully supported a immune oncology program from conception to clinical testing, key contribution to in vitro/in vivo pharmacological POC, GLP tox package enabling IND, translational support for sample analysis and clinical data analysis. • Highly capable of hands-on PK/PD assay development to support both in vitro/in vivo pre-clinical studies, GLP studies and/or clinical trial. • Extensive experience in outsourcing in vitro and in vivo studies to CRO. • Experience of cell-based assay development for compound potency test, and assay qualification for GMP lot release. • Experience of NGS (next generation sequencing) assay development and circulation tumor DNA analysis • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong troubleshooting, interpersonal and communication skills.
