ABOUT LINA DALVI

I am an Industrial/ Organizational Psychologist by Qualification. Hence whatever I do my focus has been on encouraging the best out of human aspect at work. As a consultant- HR & OD I aim at getting the best out of human aspect of the organization thus excelling in processes, operations & ultimately in the product. I am on panel of a beverage company as Director- HR & OD, which is my ground to check on my own excellence & pushing it still high. Along with Psychometry what has really caught my attention is the science of handwriting analysis. I believe it\'s perfect but if I am unable to know something crucial from one\'s writing then it\'s me yet to learn that area of study in the science. It has been a 12 year long process of learning & practicing handwriting analysis wherein I was amazed to study how handwriting studies a person in depth to know even of his subconscious mind, beyond observed behavior to know about him/ her; which is why I did my masters in Handwriting Analysis & my research in the field is on. My liking for designs made me co-found the Li-Ve Store i.e. LNV Lifestyle Private Limited where we articulate refreshing designs & transfer on various lifestyle products, thus raising standards of living. & yet a lot to come ahead!
