ABOUT LINA BOWDEN
I am a retired financial management executive with 30 years in leadership roles in the investment industry. For the past 15 years I have been actively involved as a leader in place based impact investing, having co-founded Verge Breakthrough Funds. We help local investors make impactful investments in affordable housing projects and social enterprises across Southwestern Ontario. I am an Advisor and board member with SVX. In 2013 I completed a Masters of Arts in Development Policy and Practice from the University of New Hampshire. In 2016 I was honoured as a recipient of Ontario\'s June Callwood Outstanding Achievement Award for Voluntarism.
