Lead a team of accountants in reconciling bank accounts, recording sales, and processing payroll journal entries for 25+ business locations across various sectors. • Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations, audits and adjustments to maintain consistency with financial reports • 940 and 941 payroll audits and adjustments to record and reflect the correct federal unemployment taxes and quarterly employment tax liabilities • Experience with inter-company and third party reconciliations • Execute key accounting procedures, including accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), payroll (P/R), general ledger (G/L) management, tax payments, and inventory control • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of accounting regulations and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). • Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks & R365 to streamline financial processes and reporting. • Facilitate the month-end close process and year-end close process. • Present detailed financial reports to clients, providing clear analysis and insights to support informed decision-making and enhance business opportunities.
