Here are a few snapshots of what the past few months have looked like: Writing: completed a manuscript. Travel: explored Spain, Austria, Greece, Ireland, Singapore, and the Maldives. Digital Detox: averaged daily screen time reduced to just 15-115 minutes. Fitness: averaged 74 minutes of physical activity per day. Golf Progress: still working on the fundamentals, but learning steadily. Cooking: culinary skills improved dramatically, scoring a perfect 10/10 on my dishes, and on good days, I even reached a 12/10!
