ABOUT LIMOR WEINSTEIN

No one gives you a handbook for navigating parenthood, professional life, or recovery from an eating disorder. I know this firsthand. After recovering from anorexia and bulimia, I dedicated my career to transforming how we understand, speak about, and treat eating disorders, especially during adolescence, when identity and psychological safety are most vulnerable.I am Dr. Limor Weinstein, PhD, LMHC, FAED, a therapist, researcher, and Founder and Clinical Director of Bespoke Wellness Partners. My doctoral research examined the lived experiences of individuals with long term anorexia and revealed a critical finding: language shapes identity. The words used by professionals, families, and individuals themselves directly influence trust, safety, treatment engagement, and long term healing. My work focuses on rebuilding eating disorder treatment around relational safety, language informed care, and measurable progress.I developed The Bespoke KARMA Method™, a trademarked, evidence informed framework that integrates relational science, psychological safety, and structured skill development to create clearer treatment pathways and measurable outcomes. The method emphasizes prevention, early intervention, and quality control across treatment settings.I also founded Meorexia™, an advocacy initiative aimed at reframing how eating disorders are defined and discussed, reducing stigma, blame, and shame in both clinical and cultural narratives. My mission is twofold:Prevention and Early InterventionEquipping teens, parents, educators, and clinicians with tools to address eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and identity struggles before they escalate.Treatment Reform and Quality StandardsAdvancing structured assessment, measurable benchmarks, and relationally safe care models to improve long term outcomes across residential, outpatient, and academic environments.I believe treatment must move beyond symptom management and toward identity repair, relational safety, accountability, and measurable progress.Language matters.Safety matters.Structure matters. When we rebuild care around these principles, outcomes change.Featured in GMA, NBC News, CBS New York, ABC News, Medium, and the New York Post.If you are a parent, educator, clinician, or organization ready to reimagine eating disorder care through relational safety, language informed treatment, and measurable progress, let’s
