As a program assistant I plan and execute the yearly Doctors on Board Pipeline Program for 150-200 black and other minority students. This program consists of several workshops and presentations to prepare and motivate aspiring physicians. I have also represented PMF at medical conferences, where we have recruited students to join our database and benefit from our programs. I first encountered PMF through the Doctors on Board Pipeline Program. This conference made such an impact on my life that I wanted to get involved and provide that same experience for other students.
