   Leading the Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, and Automation (EMRA) function for the greenfield project Cold Rolling Mill of the Novelis Bay Minette, AL plant. Supporting safe and reliable operations through a multidisciplinary team of engineers and maintenance craft. Focuses on operational readiness by developing engineering and maintenance routines, including LOTO procedures, confined space protocols, and safety absolutes documentation.Driving the creation of the full maintenance strategy, leading FMEAs activities, RACI matrices, maintenance and engineering KPIs, maintenance plans, and detailed work instructions. Oversees the hiring and development of the maintenance team, delivering technical and soft skills training.Collaborates with major OEMs to design and execute the commissioning plan. Manages spare parts strategy to ensure availability and readiness for startup and ongoing operations.
