As an educator with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, my journey has been driven by a deep commitment to fostering not only academic growth but also emotional intelligence and personal development in both students and educators. Working in a PK-12 districts in California, I have the privilege of leading and supporting a dynamic community where learning is not just about the content, but about shaping well-rounded individuals equipped with both intellectual and emotional tools for success.I am passionate about systems thinking, an approach that helps me see education as an interconnected web where each element—from curriculum design to emotional development, school culture, and community partnerships—works together to support the whole child. By applying systems thinking, I am able to identify patterns, address challenges proactively, and create sustainable solutions that benefit all stakeholders in the educational ecosystem.With a strong belief in the power of emotional intelligence (EQ), I aim to help others understand and develop their emotional awareness, empathy, and self-regulation.
