ABOUT LILY WOI
How do you build the capability, culture and leadership you need to perform, without losing momentum in the process? I\'ve spent the past decade working on exactly that problem, from the inside and the outside. Most teams are sitting on untapped potential. You have smart, experienced and committed people, yet something keeps getting in the way. Decisions get revisited, progress slows down and leadership stays concentrated at the top. The common assumption is that it\'s a people problem. It\'s not. It\'s a system problem. That\'s where I come in. I build the conditions for people and cultures to perform. As Head of Talent at Nest, I design and embed the talent, learning, performance and leadership infrastructure that scaling businesses need. In parallel, I work with senior leaders and their teams as a systemic team coach and consultant, bringing the same lens from the outside in. Over the past decade I\'ve partnered with everyone from startups to global organisations, delivering culture change across global regions, coaching 100+ leaders, and running enterprise transformation programmes up to £1 million. People who\'ve worked with me describe someone who brings warmth, clarity, and a knack for spotting what\'s not being said in the room. I ask the hard questions, but always with care. I also wrote Quiet Confidence: Thriving in a World Full of Noise for introverted professionals who want to succeed on their own terms. If something here resonates, I\'d love to connect. There\'s also a free Making Culture Work guide in my featured section if you want a feel for how I think.
