About Lily Wellen
I am Columbia College graduate with a master\'s in arts management. Previously, I graduated from Marquette University, where I majored in journalism and minored in digital media. I aspire to be in the music industry with an interest in working in live events or marketing. My passions are music, arts and culture, radio and writing. I was very involved with student media at Marquette University. I have had job positions on both Marquette University Television (MUTV) and Marquette University Radio (MUR) including the general manager position at MUR. I have also had professional experiences at the publications JBTV Studios, OnMilwaukee, Breaking & Entering, Milwaukee Radio Alliance and WUWM 89.7 Milwaukee Public Radio. I have music industry experience at Thalia Hall, C3 Presents and Diversion Records. I volunteer with Girls Rock! during the summer and at CHIRP Radio all year round as their Twitter Social Media Coordinator. I would love to have the opportunity to find a full-time job that allows me to pursue the music industry and/or gain more experience in media.
