Some responsibilities include-Compile monthly budget revision worksheets -Provide vendor and contractor support -Create standard contract forms and exhibits for new contracts -Facilitate contract execution and distribution to necessary parties -Create and maintain bid analysis spreadsheets and variance reports -Work with vendors on various invoice, change order, and contract issues that may arise
