About Lily Tate
One of my best qualities is that I don\'t require a lot of hand-holding. I can be taught something once or twice, and catch onto things quickly, but I\'m also not afraid to ask questions when I don\'t understand. I am also a natural leader, and can manage a team effectively. Working at Humanitarian Experience has taught me how to work and communicate effectively in teams in order to accomplish goals by a deadline. I\'ve learned how to navigate a CRM and other databases, as well as code and create automated, personalized workflow emails. I\'ve learned how to communicate using different media such as email and Slack. I work fast and efficiently, and I love the satisfaction of presenting a project that has been done thoroughly and neatly.
