I believe in communities. As a Peace Corps volunteer, I lived in a community, learning a new language and new ways of thinking. I saw the world from the community’s perspective, seeing what was critical, what could be improved, and what could drive change. Fundamentally, I understood the community’s needs, and how to best serve them. In business, I think of each brand or product as an opportunity to make consumers\' lives better. I listen for the consumer’s voice in their words, actions, and the data. With these consumer insights, I create omnichannel marketing campaigns, develop innovation strategies, and uncover white space opportunities that grow brands. With a consumer-first mindset and a collaborative approach, I develop targeted solutions that build brand equity and deliver results. It takes a team to make this vision a reality. I encourage and lift my fellow team members to be their best, which helps the team achieve fast, efficient and effective business results. I have heard that if you want to go fast go alone, but if you want to go far, go with a group. Let’s find ways to go far together.
