Innovative and passionate program management and scientific operations professional with a proven track record of leading end-to-end genomics operations. 14 years of cross-functional experience, specializing in genomics and pharmaceutical drug discovery process. Broad background in Biomedical Sciences, genomics lab operations, bioinformatics and project management. At BMS I mastered the technique of applying genomics to drug discovery process. Using my expertise and by managing complex genomics project applicable to early drug discovery as well as translational development I was able to make genomics application faster, simpler and less expensive for biopharmaceutical company. At New York Genome Center, I mastered the application of NGS sequencing on broader community- academics and industry. My portfolio includes both germline and cancer projects. At Foundation Medicine, I was focused on enabling personalized treatment of cancer using NGS technology. In my previous roles I aastered techniques of DNA sequencing, and studied the immunostimulatory potential of drug candidates in the Immunotoxicology lab at GSK. At Pfizer I worked on understanding immunogenicity of biotherapeutics in pre-clinical environment. I have a proven track record of leading/completing difficult projects and tasks on schedule.
