I\'m a Retail Construction & Design leader with 10+ years of experience scaling a national brick-and-mortar portfolio for high-growth, brand-driven retail. At Bluemercury (a Macy\'s Company), I\'ve led the end-to-end delivery of 110+ new store openings, and remodels across the U.S, partnering closely with executive leadership to align construction and real estate strategy with business growth. My expertise spans store development, retail construction, design standards, capital planning, and project lifecycle management. From site handoff and architectural planning, through build-out, turnover and long-term facilities performance. I specialize in building scalable processes, managing complex multi-market construction programs, and delivering stores on aggressive timelines while protecting brand integrity and financial targets. I drive standardization of store prototypes, vendor partnerships, and construction processes to improve speed, cost efficiency and consistency at scale. My leadership focuses on aligning design, construction and operations to deliver disciplined growth and long-term value.
