   I developed and launched the NICU Unit Assistant Onboarding Program to streamline training and enhance new hire success. In this role, I- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, sending welcome, communications, coordinating classroom, and orientation, and schedules- Lead a comprehensive eight hour classroom training, covering all aspects of the unit assistant role to ensure readiness for transitioning to the floor-Act as an ongoing resource and mentor for new staff beyond initial training- Created all educational materials, including the NICU unit assistant informational handbook in classroom teaching resources-Designed an implemented survey to measure program effectiveness, track new hire progress, and evaluate preceptor performance-Conducted baseline assessments prior to program launch, allowing for measurable comparisons of training outcomes, and overall program success.
