ABOUT LILY WILSON

I’m a Management major at the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business with a strong foundation in customer experience, communication, and leadership. Across roles in retail, service, and brand ambassadorship I’ve developed a reputation for being dependable, personable, and detail-oriented. Whether creating engaging social media content, helping customers style outfits for events, or assisting patients in a clinical environment, I thrive in roles where organization, empathy, and clear communication are essential. My leadership extends beyond the workplace as well. As Assistant Vice President of Chapter Enrichment and Belonging for the Delta Pi chapter or Alpha Chi Omega, and as a Senior Counselor at Riverview Camp for Girls, I’ve gained hands-on experience guiding and supporting others, fostering belonging, and creating positive, inclusive environments.Looking forward, I’m excited to grow within the business world by exploring opportunities that combine people, purpose, and leadership. I’m particularly motivated by roles that allow me to shape team culture, support others\' development, and drive meaningful experiences. With a passion for helping others feel seen and supported, I aim to contribute to organizations that value creativity, collaboration, and human-centered leadership. My long-term goal is to use my management background and leadership experiences to make a positive impact on the workplace and the broader communities I’m part of.
