ABOUT LILY PIGOTT
My name is Lily Pigott, and I am a recent graduate of Denison University. On May 14th, 2022, I was awarded a BA in Psychology and Communication as well as a Certificate in Organizational Studies. My areas of study complement each other in a way that has sharpened my ability to think critically and holistically, taking everything into account with emphasis on detail. I am highly driven, a team player, a quick learner, and a strong multi-tasker. Denison University will always hold a very special place in my heart, and I will always be excited to connect with other Denison students and alum! I am interested in the psychology of organization structures and how people can work together efficiently to promote a life of superb health and well-being for all! I am looking forward to pursuing a career in the recruitment, talent acquisition, and communication space to explore this interest further. I am deeply motivated by various philanthropic endeavors, including prison reform, child’s rights, elder justice, and legal advocacy. In my free time, I love hiking with my dog, running, reading, and doing yoga. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, getting to know people I may not know as well, and finding great restaurants to do so. I am an extrovert with a direct leadership style (DISC) with a great appreciation for introverted company. I am continually looking to learn more about the world and the social happenings within it by collaborating with others from diverse backgrounds, personalities, and leadership styles. Failure is my greatest companion! I would love to connect!
