About Lily Mancell

I’m Lily Mancell, a Psychology major with a Leadership minor at the University of Washington, graduating in 2025. I have worked throughout my time at college across multiple roles including fundraising, social media and marketing. Through these experiences I have learned I want to work in a dynamic, purpose driven organization that aligns to my values of creativity, community and productive work leading to good results. Key accomplishments:+ At the UW Call Center, I advanced from top-performing fundraiser to supervisor of a 40-person team. I coach peers on donor engagement strategies, oversee daily operations, and use data to drive performance—averaging 200% of average hourly donation yield and overall.+ At LA Film Center I took fully independent, hands on responsibility for their cross platform social media program, including content strategy, creative development including writing and art direction.+ At Fine Lines I played a key customer focused role at their annual trade show for consumer gift products, engaging directly with potential buyers and sharing actionable feedback with the management team. Through these diverse experiences, I have learned how to effectively take on challenges, set goals and execute to favorable outcomes. I am highly motivated, very collaborative and a problem solver. I am looking forward to bring these skills to a creative, community-focused organization to further my career.
