About Lily Iftner

With over 26 years in the local construction industry, I have seen construction at its best and worst while working as a subcontractor, GC, and as a technical expert in construction claims and litigation. As a result, I have spent most of my experiences refining my technical expertise, paying attention to the details and lack thereof, and most importantly, sharing what I have learned with others. I attribute much of my successes to the collaborative relationships I have built over the years. As a Quality Control Manager, I utilize my experiences and technical expertise to provide support to a broader range of individuals and teams, but more importantly, I build relationships within the field team and improve collaboration between the field and office.Outside of work, I enjoy all things outdoors, such as kayaking, camping, snowboarding, and mountain biking. For indoor activities, I enjoy reading, cooking, and making pinatas.
