ABOUT LILY HATANAKA

I’m an undergraduate student at California Lutheran University, pursuing a BA in Liberal Arts in Education while minoring in philosophy, with an expected graduation in May 2026. I have developed strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills through a variety of experiences, including working as a Summer School English Teacher, a hostess at Fosters Kitchen, and a babysitter. These roles have helped me build expertise in creating positive environments, managing time effectively, and working well with others.Outside of work, I’m actively involved in the Hawai’i Club and the Women’s Soccer Team at CLU, and I’ve coached youth soccer with the Eagles Soccer Club. I’m passionate about fostering teamwork and mentoring others, and I strive to bring a positive, collaborative attitude to everything I do!
