ABOUT LILY EINHORN
I am an artistic and strategic consultant, creative and cultural producer, writer, and coach. I specialise in community and participatory arts. My work ranges from producing and commissioning shows, to coaching for organisations and individuals, to working with companies and buildings to interrogate and re-invigorate their artistic ambitions and strategies. And anything else in between. Organisations I work with include Complicité, Stratford East, ENO, Studio 3 Arts, Company of Others, Bounce, Donmar Warehouse, Futures Theatre, Camden People\'s Theatre and the Crafts Council. I produced adult community work at the Young Vic for seven years, commissioning and producing full scale shows with non-professionals as well as a diverse programme of workshops and events for the local community. Recently I was on the advisory board for Creative Freelancers: Shaping London\'s Recovery. My work is centred around cultural democracy and care as an aesthetic and creative practice.
