As a freediving instructor and top-level competitive athlete (4 participations in the World Championships as part of the French national team), I have spent the last 13+ years practicing and teaching breathing and relaxation techniques, and how to deal with performance, stress, and anxiety-inducing situations. I now share these techniques and knowledge as a coach and speaker for individuals and corporations.
