About Lily Cipolla
Experienced medical affairs leader with over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, focused on rare diseases and autoimmune disorders. I have led and executed medical strategies for various medical affairs teams in preparation for product launches. Throughout my career, I have gained medical affairs experience with increasing responsibilities including KOL engagement strategy, publication and congress planning, moderating advisory boards, real world evidence generation, MSL content development and training, in addition to supporting patient advocacy, field medical leadership and various marketing/launch support activities. Other unique experiences include supporting MALT (Medical Affairs Leadership Team) to strategize medical affairs initiatives and lead clinical trials. Most recently lead a phase 4 registry study in a rare disease. I had the pleasure of creating and implementing support for the field medical team and our clinical operations colleagues to provide guidance on site identification, initiation and patient enrollment. This allowed for opportunities to present posters and engage with thought leaders at major congresses on baseline and initial findings. My passion to improve the lives of patients suffering from devastating diseases is what drives me to find solutions to address these unmet needs.
