ABOUT PAUL LILLYWHITE
Spanning a career of over 30 years within the business world, I’ve gained experience from a variety of roles and industries. I now run Lillywhite Consultancy Limited, my role: To improve the performance of individuals, teams and businesses, using 17 years of knowledge and application of the science of assessments. Lillywhite Consultancy develops programmes around managing change, staff engagement and wellbeing, improving personal performance, sales training and communication. Working with SME\'s and larger organisations improving the effectiveness of their most valuable asset - their people. After graduating with a BSc Hons Degree in Business Studies I worked for over 20 years in the Retail Services Industry, initially running the family business and then working for an International service provider in a variety of operational roles. During this time I studied for and completed my MBA with the Open University, this was both a great learning experience but also a very practical lesson in how businesses work. In June 2002 I joined Thomas International initially as a Consultant progressing to Regional Sales Director for the past 8 years. Thomas provides people assessments which empower business leaders to transform the performance of their teams and individuals – and deliver an immediate impact on their organisation. I am very aware that being at the top of your organisation can be a very lonely place sometimes so I can provide a second pair of eyes or ears to support MD’s and CEO’s achieve their goals. Using a variety of proven methods including; Psychometric profiling, Skills Assessment & Training, 360 degree feedback and a unique engagement survey/solution system, companies will find their employees more motivated, skilled and driven to succeed. I\'m qualified in interpreting and applying: PPA (Behavioural Assessments) GIA (Ability Assessment) TEIQue (Trait Emotional Intelligence) HPTI (Personality Assessment) individually useful and valid assessments but when combined become an invaluable and unique insight into a person.#ImprovingPersonalPerformance #salestraining #engagement #successionplanning #mentoring
