   Aligned as Strategic HR Partner for Core Spine US business, supporting VP leaders and their teams. Supported Sales, Marketing, R&D, Medical Education, Customer Experience, and Communications. Managed team of HR Business Partners and Sales Recruiters. Workstream lead for divestiture of the Spine business. • Collaborate closely with leaders to understand business needs and strategic priorities to build the HR strategic plan. • Drive change strategies that align with a performance culture; use strong diagnostic and influencing skills to partner with leaders to significantly improve performance, business outcomes and employee engagement; proactively identify strategic gaps or opportunities and propose a comprehensive strategic human resource plan to identify and address root causes. • Provide leadership and direction for a team of HR Business Partners and Recruiters, overseeing all aspects of team development, including hiring, performance management, individualized growth, and promotion—to build a high-performing, engaged HR organization. • • Partnered with business leaders to support the divestiture of Spine from Stryker, driving seamless coordination and communication with COEs, functional leaders, M&A experts, and third-party consultants to ensure successful transition and business continuity. • Served as interim HR leader for VB Spine during a pivotal transition, directing HR strategy and successfully integrating new C-Suite executives, including the CHRO. • Promoted August 2023.
