Currently Managing the offshore delivery for the Westpac team. My journey with Westpac began with the DEV Enablement team, where I was instrumental in setting up a robust governance model for delivery, laying the foundation for streamlined execution.I then took on the Customer Establishment team, followed by a stint with the Upgrade program, and soon after led the delivery of the challenging 10-Minute / Instant Mortgages project — a high-impact transformation focused on speed and customer experience.Subsequently, I managed the Incident Reduction initiative, targeting long-standing PRBs and incidents across the Customer and Pricing & Packaging domains, significantly improving system stability and support efficiency.One of my most comprehensive mandates was driving the OBP Loan Coverage program, which aimed to channel all mortgage traffic through OBP, facilitating the decommissioning of legacy systems. Currently, I’m managing the critical LCM Phase 1 which is Migration, with the objective of decommissioning SAM and establishing OBP LCM as the single source of truth for collateral management.
