Mindler is a start-up company, founded in 2018, with the mission to make mental health care accessible for everyone, regardless of location or circumstance. My role is responsible for scaling up the UK team. This includes hiring for Psychologists and other corporate roles for the UK division. I also assist with the hiring efforts for the HQ team in Stockholm. This often involves working on IT/tech positions. As a start-up, I am also responsible for assisting with developing processes, policies and best practice guidelines for HR and recruitment efforts across the division.
