ABOUT LILLY PILCH
I am a pre-health student at the University of Virginia, expected to graduate in 2028, with a strong commitment to service, leadership, and clinical exposure. I founded the Arlington Free Clinic Club at Yorktown High School, helping raise funds and awareness to support my local free clinic. Additionally, I gained hands-on insight into dentistry through summer internships shadowing Dr. Markova at Virginia Center for Orthodontics and Dr. Balderson at Optimum Dental. On campus, I serve as Online Media Director for Alpha Theta, where I create and manage digital content to drive engagement and strengthen communication. My experience as an assistant manager at Washington Golf and Country Club has strengthened my teamwork, organization, and operational skills. Certified in CPR/AED, I bring a proactive and responsible approach as I prepare for a future career in dentistry.
