This role combines creativity, analytics, and leadership to attract diverse new members, promote our core values, and cultivate a welcoming membership experience.Through innovative marketing strategies, targeted outreach, and recruitment planning, I lead efforts that ensure our chapter grows with purpose and intention. I collaborate with campus partners, chapter leadership, and national advisors to align our initiatives with both the sororities standards and the universities.
