ABOUT LILLY GEORGIEVA
When I was little, I spent every summer camping at the Bulgarian seaside. There was no electricity or running water and yet, those days brought me so much joy. Now, the place of those happy memories doesn’t exist – it has been built up, its charm hidden under concrete. Since then, I’ve seen so many heartbreaking changes to the outdoor spaces I love – forests cut down, glaciers melting, lighting bugs gone. This is what drives my commitment to supporting innovative leaders on the front lines of sustainability and climate change work. As a coach, facilitator, and trainer, I support them in making their lives sustainable – in reaching their big missions outside of overwhelm and burnout and finding joy and peace in the midst of the uncertainty. I am a Professional Certified Coach with a decade of coaching and facilitation experience. Before that, I had a decade-long career in aerospace engineering, working on the Space Shuttle and in commercial aviation.
