ABOUT LILLY BUCHWITZ
I am a \"not that kind of doctor;\" an academic and professor of marketing, advertising, and writing. I\'m also what they call an \"old Internet guy\" because I was one of those people who invented online marketing and advertising back in the days when all web pages were grey and you had to scratch code HTML to make one.(Look me up on C|Net, you\'ll see I was notorious for 15 minutes in 1995.) Principles of universal design and accessibility were bred into me by Tim Bray (yes, THAT Tim Bray!), and principles of marketing and P.R. by David Weinberger.(yes, THAT David Weinberger). I was living online before that was a thing; on the Internet before it was called the Intenet; and on social media since Geocities. And yes, that is me and my candy apple red Fender Stratocaster crushing \"Blow at High Dough.\"
