Operating As An In-House Music Supervisor-Working with filmmakers in early stages of the script to pick songs for on camera spots, setting up pre-records with demo singers or talent, hiring vocal coaches, routing all Production related materials to talent, being on set to work with actors and assist with playback needs, tracking early cuts of films, pitching song alts to bring us on budget, maintaining relationships with major labels, indies and music libraries, tracking quotes on songs, and making sure everything is officially cleared to license, curating a soundtrack that creatively work for the film and is on or under budget-Pitching composers to filmmakers, managing everything from the interview to the hiring process, to score notes and final delivery of mixed assets-Establishing opportunities for artists to create original material. Hiring music producers, engaging talent, working with the label to get the deal done, managing our songs budget, ideally engaging with a new audience and widening the film\'s reach. Talent & Artist Relations-Functioning as a liaison on set, in the recording studio, scoring stage and at events on behalf of Paramount -Managing approval of assets and press releases between Paramount, labels and management teams-Preparing artist’s social media calendars, organizing BTS & EPK opportunities -Point person for providing score, soundtrack and curating playlists for fan events, press screenings, and premieres. Marketing & Creative Music Point-Supplying music pulls to marketing for creative advertising (trailers, TV, radio spots, online, ect.) and tracking progress of selected releases-Work directly with vendors & graphic designers on music videos, lyric videos, sizzle reels & digital pieces Contributing to Feature productions and marketing campaigns including but not limited to: Star Trek, Coming 2 America, Top Gun, A Quiet Place, Sonic & Sonic 2, Rocketman, Transformers
