ABOUT LILLIE WEIRICH
Through my years of teaching experience, I developed a passion for creating, developing, and maintaining successful schools and educational opportunities. I am open to new opportunities that provide me with the chance to blend my passion for equitable and successful K-12 Education with my natural skills of communication, relationship building, organization, and a strong work ethic. Most recently I worked at an \'Ed Tech\' company, and I was promoted to an Account Executive role at the company within my first 100 days, about 6-9 months ahead of the usual progression. Working here allowed me to develop more business focused skills such as negotiating costs, building relationships, researching and creating qualified leads lists, outbounding via cold and warm outreach, etc. It also gave me the chance to master new tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Outreach. I have also found great success and enjoyment in my political and legal focused roles in the past. I am hoping to find a company with a strong value system, a team of hard-working thought leaders, and opportunity for growth and advancement. I am passionate, enthusiastic, driven, articulate, and open to learning and developing new skills!
