ABOUT LILLIE M. SAXON

I’m a leadership and organizational development professional with a passion for building strong, healthy teams and helping leaders grow with clarity, compassion, and conviction. With a B.S. in Business (Human Resource Management) and hands-on experience in staffing, labor management, and team leadership, I bring both a practical and relational lens to developing people and culture.Currently, I’m developing AnchorPoint Leadership, a faith-integrated coaching program powered by LMS Consulting (Lead. Motivate. Serve.). This work blends servant leadership, biblical wisdom, and organizational development principles to help leaders lead intentionally, motivate with purpose, and serve with humility.My professional background includes optimizing team performance, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals, and creating environments where people feel seen, supported, and empowered. Beyond the workplace, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in volunteer ministry leadership, where I led cross-functional teams in hospitality, safety, and guest services, and supported pastoral leadership and women’s ministry initiatives. These experiences sharpened my ability to lead with empathy, navigate complexity, and serve with excellence — even in the face of challenge and change.I believe the most powerful leadership is rooted in service.
