The executive director ensures development and implementation of the operational plans used to realize the strategic objectives of the organization. The executive director possesses organizational skills, is goal-oriented, and able to multi-task without neglecting management duties.Executive director ensures ongoing local programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals. Executive director expands local revenue generating and fundraising activities to support existing program operations and regional expansion while simultaneously retiring building debt.
