In a Nutshell: I am an emotional alchemist. Through public speaking, workshops, and corporate training I help people transform their traumas into wisdom and inspiration. About Me: I started my journey as a healer early. Now I bring healing into the places that need it the most corporations, schools, Fire Departments, anywhere that people are experiencing stress. I have been Reiki certified since I was 9 and EFT certified since I was 20. I have helped of people turn the worst experiences of their lives into resources for a bright future. I believe that you not only can recover from anything but I truly believe and have seen first hand that anything you experience (even the painful stuff) can contribute to your life. Public Speaking: I speak to audiences on turning your life traumas into your greatest assets and on living your life purpose. My presentations are powerful and interactive. I teach simple techniques that can be done in a group of any size to immediately transform your experience of life. Coaching: I work with people and groups that want to transform their lives. I work with people who want to make big changes in their careers, relationships and emotional and physical health. Together we complete the last chapter of your life and design the next one. Many of my clients and audiences have had some pretty hard times. From abuse, addiction, health crisis and other serious traumas to lingering childhood experiences that are holding them back. Regardless of what is in your past I can help you move forward. I have my own style EFT that is incredibly gentle, quick and really works to permanently resolve past traumas. The work we do together is present moment oriented to give you and any audience immediate peace and empowerment while still addressing the past and creating an inspiring future.
