ABOUT LILLIAN UGOCHI ELENWOKE

I’m Lillian Ugochi Elenwoke, a Program Analyst, IT strategist, and social impact leader passionate about building systems that drive purpose, performance, and people-centered progress. With over a decade of experience spanning technology, strategy, and social development, I have hel organizations streamline operations, optimize programs, and create sustainable impact through data, innovation, and collaboration.I am currently working as a Program Analyst, where I support the Data and Research manager on Research and Data Analytics programs that strengthen access to justice for immigrants and vulnerable communities. The goal is to ensure programs are effective, compliant, and aligned with mission-driven outcomes.Beyond my 9–5, I serve as Chief Steward of Taking Up Spaces Global (TUSS Global), a community and safe space for women to heal, become hopeful and whole through shared experiences, mentorship and sisterhood. Through TUSS Global, I intend to curate digital spaces to provide tested and trusted health & wellness knowledge, training opportunities, and collaborations that equip women to renew their mindsets; take up space in leadership, technology, and purpose-driven work.I am looking forward to connecting with you.
