About Lillian V. Lubag
I spent over a decade at Meta doing work I\'m very proud of — building employee experience, workplace, and culture programs that reached over people across up to 9 campuses, and growing from a program lead into a senior leader along the way. What I loved most about that work wasn\'t the scale, though the scale was real. It was the problem-solving and figuring out how to make people feel connected and valued inside one of the world\'s most complex organizations, especially during the moments that mattered most: rapid growth, organizational change, a global pandemic, and eventually bringing everyone back to the office in a way that actually worked.I\'ve managed multi-million dollar vendor relationship from RFP to performance governance, overseen a $3M activation budget across multiple sites, led a team of 20 within a broader contingent workforce of 90+, and partnered directly with C-suite and executive leaders on strategy, communications, and change management. I\'ve also produced some pretty memorable moments in my early Facebook days — including a Take Your Kids to Work Day for over people (ask me why it was my favorite event) and representing our org in the construction of a person event space.
