ABOUT LILLY SNYDER
I earned my B.S. in Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University in May 2023, with a complementary minor in Retail Studies. During my time at Ohio State I was granted the opportunity as a Fisher Global Scholarship recipient to consult for Bosch Home Appliances in Stockholm, Sweden. My commitment to Ohio State extended beyond the classroom, as I played a pivotal role in the Engagement office, where I ascended from a student employee to the position of Lead Supervisor. During this time, I successfully raised over for the university, showcasing my dedication and leadership. Additionally, I completed a marketing internship with the Philanthropic Content team, to further develop my skill set.Post-graduation, I relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, to work at PetSmart’s headquarters. My initial months were spent on the Customer Research and Analytics team, where I delved into my passion for leveraging data to drive informed marketing decisions. I then transitioned into the role of Loyalty Partnerships Specialist, collaborating with renowned brands to cultivate value-driven partnerships that elevate brand profiles and drive revenue growth.In both academic and professional settings, the values I hold for myself and others are teamwork, vision, organizations and determination.
