ABOUT LILLIAN ROBINSON
Currently a Master of Public Affairs candidate at the LBJ School at the University of Texas at Austin, with an emphasis in economic and urban development and public finance. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.Through my academic work and professional experience, I have developed a strong interest in economic development strategy, community competitiveness, and the intersection of policy and local growth. I am currently an intern with CivicSol, where I support economic development strategy projects focused on helping communities align policy, planning, and investment decisions to support long-term growth. This work includes research, stakeholder engagement, and the development of strategic insights that inform local economic development initiatives.I have also had the privilege of working for the UT Dean of Students in their Student Governance Organizations division as a Graduate Assistant. In this student-facing role, I help aid undergraduate students in their mission to shape campus life through policy and events. I primarily work with our Election Supervisory Board, which helps ensure fair and equitable elections during the Campus-Wide and First-Year Elections held each school year.
