About Lillian Randolph
With experience in both the college and pro football worlds, including my time in football recruiting at the University of Florida and my current work on the agency side with Athletes First, I’ve built strong relationships across the sport and developed a deep understanding of how this industry operates on and off the field.I’m a proud graduate of the University of Florida, where I earned my Master’s in Sport Management (with a focus on Athlete Development), a B.A. in Journalism – Sports Media, and a certificate in Business. During my undergraduate studies, I conducted research exploring the crossover between fashion and sports, examining how athlete identity, branding, and self-expression extend beyond performance and into culture. That foundation continues to shape how I approach my work with strategy, creativity, and a passion for storytelling in sports.I bring an artistic mindset into everything I do, whether it’s organizing events, building connections, or solving problems creatively. As an extroverted, driven professional, I thrive in fast-paced environments where relationship-building, detail, and communication matter.
