About Lillian Bischof
Lillian joined BCG PIT as a Summer Associate in June 2022 and returned full time to the Pittsburgh Office as an Associate in January 2024. Lillian has had case experience in operations, private equity/ transactions, and people and organization practices across consumer, tech, industrial goods, and public sector clients. Additionally, Lillian has had the opportunity to serve BCG via a six-month secondment as a CEO Ambassador supporting BCG’s CEO Advisory practice across various industries. With a passion for math, science, and financial literacy, Lillian graduated with a Dual Degree in Chemical Engineering and Finance from West Virginia University. Having discovered a love of data analysis and its applicability in consulting, she completed an online Master\'s of Science in Business Data Analytics for working professionals in August 2024. Through her career with BCG, Lillian\'s purpose is to merge the gap between science and business, creating innovative solutions to future clients\' problems combining technical expertise and business acumen. Within consulting, Lillian has developed a passion for operations and people and organization practice areas and would love to continue to work on cases where she can explore these practice areas further. Among her career interests are empowering frontline workers, talent and upskilling, AI-enabled operations, and workforce strategy. Outside of work, Lillian loves to practice power yoga, F45, listen to podcasts, learn golf, and spend time with family. Being from West Virginia, she enjoys participating in outdoor activities like white water rafting, paddle boarding, skiing, and hiking. She\'s currently training for DC HYROX, the Pittsburgh half marathon, and studying for the GMAT in her spare time all while taking care of her sourdough starter, adopted cat Elsie, and many house plants.
