Alaska Airlines Scheduling Software: Sabre Airline Solutions, Google, Microsoft Office 365• Manage Daily & Monthly Schedules for all Flight Crew Operations. • Schedule Pilots & monitor flight crew legality issues in compliance of FAR 117 Duty Regulations • Schedule Flight Attendants within FAR 121 Duty Regulation• Monitor flights and communicate crew changes due to weather, delays, maintenance & sick calls.• Run Pilot legality reports hourly to prevent legal issues with Assigned Flying. • Coordinate crew members hotel, air travel & transportation with travel vendors.• Optimized the utilization of pilots & flight attendants to staff all flights for on time departures/arrivals to minimize delays and prevent flight cancellations. • Work closely with Operations Manager, Dispatchers, Maintenance Controllers & Guest Services Team Member. • Communicate to Chief Pilot of Pilot’s upgrades and build monthly schedule upon completion of IOE training. • Maintain shift logs of daily transactions and flight reports for airline department management.
