Project management for the store design team for all new stores, renovations, relocations, expansions, and licensed stores in LA/Central California, Hawaii & Arizona. Working closely with store design project managers and store designers/managers. Collaborate with the internal construction management and the real estate team to meet our store open dates. Coordinate all design and schematic reviews with the operations teams, and internal Starbucks partners. Create hard copies and manage project folders in our database for the studio. Ensure that the designers met deadlines on our master schedule and gather information as needed from real estate and construction. Send out distribution to all vendors for quotes. Manage appropriate LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) documents for the stores and making sure that allappropriate paperwork is completed and received on time from the Architects of Record (AOR). Manage all aspects of Purchase Authorization Forms with the AOR’s, distribute documents through Docusign for appropriate signatures, and work very closely with accounting to make sure invoicing is completed and AOR’s are paid as work is completed on each project, as well as all reconciliation. Work as the point of contact for all new employees from set up to making sure that on-boarding is done accordingly. Coordinate all special projects and new training for the design studio with other departments in Seattle as needed, as well as executing any projects needed for our VP of Design.
